Job Role Attributes
Title
Enter an appropriate title for the member's role (e.g. their Job Title).
Pay Per Hour
This is the amount you'd like to pay a member per hour they're clocked-in using paid duty.
Payroll Frequency
This is how often a member will be paid for their completed paid hours. This frequency also controls how often a member will be paid applicable government salary, as this is paid-out at the same time.
Maximum Paid Hours Per Day
The maximum number of paid hours a Member is entitled to within the current day. Limits/ Usage are visible in the Member's dashboard after they clock-in.
Assigned Permission Roles
A list of available permission roles to select from, which grants access to various features or permissions based on your settings.
Maximum Paid Hours Per Day If a Member exceeds the number of paid hours, their total duty time will still be recorded, but only be paid for valid hours. This limit also affects the number of government salary hours available for a member to be paid.
Pay Per Hour This is a voluntary salary paid by an organization, and does not affect applicable government benefits/ pay. To opt-out of giving voluntary salary, set this value to $0.
